Failure to do so will result in termination of your reservation and full charge of your security deposit. 2. If you are a local guest, you cannot place a booking without prior approval from us. 4. You must be the person who booked the reservation to receive the keys, and you need to show a valid picture ID. If someone else is picking them up, you must inform us in advance, and they must provide their ID as well. This ensures safety and security. 5. Every guest must be accounted for. Anyone entering the unit, whether staying overnight or not, must be included in the reservation. 6. You are not allowed to host parties or events. People on the same floor, guests, and building managers will report any gatherings. The property is not to be used for commercial events such as photoshoots or weddings without prior approval. If you plan to use the property for commercial purposes, you must contact us first. 7. The property is strictly smoke and drug-free. No exceptions. Any violations will result in damage deposit claims. 8. No pets are allowed. We do not allow pets due to potential damage and lingering odors. If you require a pet-friendly stay, you should consider a different property. 9. No excessive noise or loud music. You must respect quiet hours. If noise is detected after quiet hours, you may be removed from the unit. 10. You must check out on time. If you check out late, a $50 late checkout fee may apply. We have cleaners scheduled, and they need to access the unit on time to prepare for the next guest. 11. You are responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while you are on the premises. By booking, you expressly assume all risks associated with using the property. If you need additional insurance for protection, you may purchase it separately. 12. You must confirm that you have read these rules. When making a booking, send us a written confirmation stating, "I have read your house rules." 13. Enjoy your stay!
